Luke 16:18

(KJV) Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.

(NIV) "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

(RSV) "Every one who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and he who marries a woman divorced from her husband commits adultery.

(NASB) "Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery; and he who marries one who is divorced from a husband commits adultery."

(CEV) It is a terrible sin for a man to divorce his wife and marry another woman. It is also a terrible sin for a man to marry a divorced woman.

(EVD) If a man divorces his wife and marries another woman, he is guilty of the sin of adultery. And the man who marries a divorced woman is also guilty of adultery.
