O You Who Believe
O you who believe,
will you not praise God for all His marvelous works?
Does He not give us sunshine and rain and supply us with good things each day?
See how He supplies good things to every creature on the earth.
Yes, His goodness and mercy endures from generation to generation.
See, then, that you fold your hands in genuine gratitude and that your lips
offer up sincere thanksgiving to Him that has created all things for His own
good pleasure.
Indeed, His blessings are showered upon the faithful ones who worship Him in
a sincere way.
Let not the unbelievers think to deceive the One who knows all things and let
not the hypocrite think to mock Him who eyes see into the heart of every man.
It is better for unbelievers and hypocrites to walk in their own way than to
come to His Holy Temple and mock.
The Lord shall judge all unbelievers but a severer punishment surely awaits
the mockers.
Yet for those who fear Jehovah and kiss the Son, a great reward has been prepared.
Surely, then, the minds of His elect are astonished at His promises and the
hearts of His worthy ones rejoice exceedingly in their hope.
Let all those who believe shout aloud, “Praise Him! Praise Him! Praise
Him!”
O how His goodness pierces our hearts and causes tears of joy to freely flow.
O how His great love fills our hearts and overflows.
Shall we not make known the goodness and mercy of God to our generation?
